  4. It sounds like you had a fab, busy week, Liz. Hope the eye is improving??

    Went to Belfast to visit daughter – fab fab time.
    The ‘fleadh’ was on – trad Irish music festival. Music and dancing on the street every few yards. WONDERFUL!
    Hadrian’s Wall for eclipse. Cloudy! Was that it???!!!
    Courgettes courgettes courgettes and a gazillion cucumbers.
    And tea.

    How am I doing?!!! 🤣🤣🤣
    A few more than 25 you say??? 🤣🤣🤣

      1. It was cloudy and the sky just went a bit yellowy and grey and it all felt a bit quiet and eery and that was it!!! Bit of an anti-climax really. And after I’d spent the afternoon making one of those things to look at the eclipse through from a cardboard tube and a piece of foil. ‘Blue Peter’ worthy it was not (if you remember those days). Still, the picnic we took up was nice!

      3. I gave the double-sided sticky tape a miss though as I thought it would stick to my eyelashes and that wouldn’t have been a good look!
