Volunteer – busy morning
Hospital – pre-cataract
Hairdresser – hair cut
Friends – stroll and lunch
Lawn – mown

Yes. Before I retired from work and people said they didn’t know how they found time to go to work, I thought it odd. Now I understand! And I’m inevitably slower too!

I had a busy, but fun week, Liz:
Craft club – great fun
Gardening – yuk!
Hastings – lovely fish ‘n’ chips
yesterday day – working at Dover Castle – 10,000+ steps✔️
evening – saw live band playing great cover tunes
